How to Properly Take Your Blood Pressure

Hypertension is typically a familial genetic disease and poorly misunderstood by many patients and physicians. The Standard of Care (SOC) In BP is at least 20+ years behind the data.
We want our BP to be less than 120/70 all of your life. Unfortunately, the SOC states that if you are less than 65 years of age, 130/80 is fine and won’t be treated. However, by the time we are 30 years old, both men and women are already having MRI changes in the Brain, because of that pressure. If you’re 65 or older, the SOC is 150/80, which automatically puts you at an 8x greater risk of a stroke and dementia.
